We started a Podcast : Many of you have now tuned into our Podcast, “Barbell Boys, or Some Other Name”, and experienced the best laid plans quickly devolve into an epic disaster via technology. An art expose prepped for 4 months crumbled at the mercy of this thing I guess we all “quality”. Pretty much par for the course when it comes to CrossFit Lando, specifically myself, and high end technology experience each other in an important piece of . Alas, we will prevail, and keep building the most epic podcast ever.

Second of all, it’s the big day for Coach Jack. He leaves for Vegas. His first ever plane ride and it’s to Las Vegas for the National Championship for Strongman, something he started competing in not even a year ago! Go for it buddy, we will be rooting our asses off for you!

THEN AFTER 5 ROUNDS : 50 Toes to Bar

Goblet (plate) Lunges

Conditioning : 5 Rounds, 2:00 on 1:00 off
1 Time Through
15 Burpees
10 Weighted Situps with PLATE (OH to past toes)
then AMRAP with remaining time
3 Burpees to Plate
3 Plate Getups

  • This is practice for next week where there will be a number of days marked as testing days for our start of the training season test markers. It’s time to get it going and put what we have already laid the foundation for to work.
