Saturday, September 15th, will be a date for the history books. It will be our 3rd In House, our 2nd Block Party (yep, party time after the event just like last year), and our first no holds barred team making experience. You better believe it, this year teams can be all dudes, all ladies, or mixed gender duos.
Workouts will be programmed so no matter your team make-up it is fair across the board due to scaling options.
Competition will be held at CrossFit Lando Charlestown. Start time TBD. Workouts will be released 1-2 weeks prior.
