8 Minutes for Max Reps and Calories
4 Rounds, each section 1:00
Section 1: Assault Bike Calories
Section 2: “DT”: 12 Deadlift 115/65, 9 Hang Power Clean, 6 Shoulder to OH
Partners start wherever they want. 3-2-1 GO! they start on their respective part. Like “Fight Gone Bad”, partners can stop working whenever they want but cannot start at the next section until the next GO signaling the start of the 1:00. Athletes repeat 4x. Score is Max Calories on the bike and max reps of “DT”. “DT” is done as one long round in terms of where athletes start and stop (if Athlete 1 finishes at 8 Hang Clean then Athlete 2 starts at 9th Hang Clean).
