– Find a max weight, resting 3-4 minutes between sets. Make this hard!!!

 

WOD : For Time
30 Overhead Squats @ 75% 1rm
30 Power Clean
– Every 2 minutes perform 5 HEAVY KB Swings (should be barely able to do 5 UB but doable if done properly)
