And for our Woburn MOM we have a relative newcomer and once again a really cool profile when getting to know them Outside the WOD. Congratulations to Jake!

Jake is a fun loving, always smiling guy who also happens to be a Noon stalwart like our Charlestown MOM, Dave. When he’s not crushing low bar back squats, or lamenting the recent cricket loss from Team India, Dave spends his time as an actor in and around the city of Boston and all over the country!

1. Core Circuit : 12 Minutes
10 Burps
10 Barbell Good Morning, heaviest able
10 DB Deadlift (one each hand, floor to stand)
10 Plate Getup or Weighted Situp

2. Conditioning : 20 Minutes
Run 400m
20 Box Jumps or Step Ups (10/10), must step down for both
20 Situps



Strength : Front Squat

Run 400m
20 Box Jumps 24/20 full stand AND step down required
10 Plate Getup 45/35

S: Step Ups, Weighted Situps
