Our Group Class Programs
A simple schedule of 3 different class types, every day has a chance for variety while allowing you to choose your fitness path.
CrossFit: The bread and butter. 60 Minutes of weightlifting, bodyweight/core conditioning, and sprinting/cardio movements, this is the best workout you will ever have each and every day.
Sweat: 45 minutes of BootCamp style training. Bodyweight movements, core sculpting, and cardio sprinting for a non-stop fat burn that is unlike anything you have done before.
Strong: Like CrossFit just more barbell time. The focus is in the name, get STRONG, but still get the same great total body burn from this full hour class workout.
Membership Options and Pricing
We have 2 simple ways to be a member at CrossFit Lando Charlestown, Recurring Memberships and Class Packs. Recurring Memberships are a better value and are a recurring charge based on how many times a week you want to come workout.
Class Packs are better for people with inconsistent schedules with travel who might miss weeks at a time but want to still get their money worth for their membership.
Either way our first month trial membership is a great way to start. It is a full access, unlimited membership for a fraction of the regular price. Like all our memberships it is no long term obligation.
– All memberships are monthly recurring with a credit or debit card. No refunds given. Cancellation must be in writing 25 days prior to next billing to stop recurring. No holds or extensions.
