Coach Jennifer Murray lead a 90 minute seminar on endurance training and mobility, two aspects of fitness that are useful for both those who want to specialize in endurance events and those just looking to improve their fitness. Coach Jenn has been part of our community for only a few months but brings an incredible amount of knowledge in endurance training having competed in countless half marathons, marathons, and triathlons. She also owned her own gym for years which she only recently sold before moving and joining us out here.
In a few more weeks we will have a seminar on a completely different subject, weightlifting. This will be the third in a number of seminars that Coach Sean is running. Similarly it will be great for anyone who wants to possibly compete in weightlifting or those who just want to learn more about weightlifting as it can apply to your daily fitness program.
Now as great as these seminars are you don’t need to wait for them to improve your fitness beyond conditioning and strength. The staff at CrossFit Lando is an unbelievable collection of special people with unique sets of skills, and all of them bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to every class they lead.
