Monday 11.25 : Thanksgiving Schedule

We are carrying a regular schedule for Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. We will then be closed Thursday and Friday, reopening on Saturday regular schedule there on out.

Thanksgiving is always a great time to give your body and mind a full rest, as in really, fully rest. Not half rest, not kind of rest but do some strength work, like full don’t do shit kind of rest. Crush it for the next 3 days, then give your body a full 2 days to rest. Trust me, the timing just works.
