Last week I talked a bit about the Open. The Open is a great event that can involve the entire community. In fact, starting Monday at 8pm blog time you will be able to register for the Open and a CrossFit Lando affiliate team. Next up will be the 3rd annual Lando v Lando Open Showdown.
