Congratulations to CrossFit Lando Team #1 for their 1st place victory yesterday in the CrossFit Never Doubt competition in Milford, MA.

Big congrats as well to the CrossFit Lando “Beat John Kim” team. They might have fallen short in their goal but they represented VERY well. I honestly think they got screwed in the scoring of the one outdoor workout which kept them from the final WOD.

Honestly all 12 Lando athletes looked the best in terms of the way they moved and technique wise, which is a testament to how hard they all work and how well they all work.
