Murph Day

Come to CrossFit Lando Charlestown for a great day of fitness and fun.

We will be doing “Murph”, the hero WOD named after Lt. Michael Murphy from Lone Survivor fame, then having a Block Party and Raffle to support local charities.


Run 1 Mile
Then 100 Pull-ups, 200 Push-ups, 300 Squats
then run 1 Mile

You can break up the bodyweight movements any way you want, and there are many scaling options.


WHEN: 10:00am Rx Heat, then 10:30am Scaled Heat. 12:00PM-ish BBQ start. Food, adult beverages, and games free!
