Where: CrossFit Lando Charlestown

When: Group warmup @ 10:00am. Heats at 10:10 and 10:30-40. Coaches will help with scaling options!! Just come and be ready to get a great workout in!

  • Main Food @ 12:00 (Pulled Chicken Sandwiches, Sweet Potatoes)


Games, Raffle, Food immediately after last athletes finish. T Shirts for sale too.


Classes : No AM in Charlestown other than “Murph”. 9am Sweat in Woburn, Charlestown members can attend.



Run 1 Mile, then
100 Pull-Ups
200 Push-Ups
300 Squats
then Run 1 Mile
