  • I apologize very much for this change. It is this week only, you have my word. It just is an issue with scheduling of coaches. You can still come in and do a workout in Open Gym or CrossFit. This is a rare occasion where Stacey and I both have out of town obligations that couldn’t be covered by other coaches.
