CrossFit Lando in Charlestown offers 3 High Intensity Interval Training style classes. Your membership allows you to take all 3 at any time. They all follow the same programming guideline but have their own unique characteristics geared towards something for everyone.
Whether it’s less weights and more core and body sculpting, to the phenomenon that has swept the fitness world for almost 2 decades now, we have a class that will get you the best fitness you can have the way that you want it.
Sweat: Like the BootCamp down the street just better! 60 Minutes of cardio, abs x core, and muscle sculpting. You will not stop moving for the entire class packed with high energy, good music, and great coaches and fellow membership pushing you to your best self.
Strong: More barbells, less gymnastics, same great workout. With the focus on strength training you will find the use of barbells more often than Sweat or CrossFit, but the same goal of fitness achieved through high intensity programming and group class camaraderie.
CrossFit: The bread and butter. 60 Minutes of weightlifting, conditioning, general physical preparedness training. Using weightlifting, bodyweight conditioning, and sprint movements, you will be pushed through a new workout every day by our award winning staff, reaching a level of fitness and achievement you never dreamed possible.
1) MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP : Month to month based on how many classes you want to attend per week. FIRST MONTH TRIAL membership at a discounted price. Pricing options and conditions listed below.
2) CLASS PACKS : Pay for the classes you use, from 5-30 class packs. Great for frequent travelers that want the benefits of regular membership and using of our facilities. Pricing options and conditions listed below.
– All memberships are monthly recurring with a credit or debit card. No refunds given. Cancellation must be in writing 25 days prior to next billing to stop recurring. No holds or extensions.
– 10% Discount available for all military, first responders, and students. Ask about special group rates as well.
