It’s that time again! Saturday, which means 7:30am Sweat class then Open WOD 20.4.
Like always, this one is a bit of a dousy to look at, but also as always, we will help you through it.
Usual start time. 8:30 arrival, 8:40 warmup. Even if you have missed some weeks or haven’t signed up officially, come get your workout in Saturday!
