It’s that time again! Saturday, which means 7:30am Sweat class then Open WOD 20.4.

Like always, this one is a bit of a dousy to look at, but also as always, we will help you through it.

Usual start time. 8:30 arrival, 8:40 warmup. Even if you have missed some weeks or haven’t signed up officially, come get your workout in Saturday!

Also, Lauren will be available to work on anyone and everyone. Come on in or contact her ahead of time for scheduling an appointment!
