  1. Classes – 8am CrossFit in Woburn ONLY. 830-930
    Open Gym in Charlestown @ 830-930
  2. Athletes for In House must be present by 9:30am for check in @ CFL Charlestown, Athlete Briefing. Any athlete who does not make the athlete briefing cannot compete…without sucking up a lot!!!!!
  3. Bring Cash $$: We have a 50-50 raffle going. 50% of the proceeds go to local charity, 50% of the proceeds go to YOUR BANK ACCOUNT. Don’t get much better than helping local homeless and helping yourself!!


1. Athlete’s Latest Check In Time : 9:30am
2. First Event First Heat : Approx. 10:00am

  • Each Heat approx. 20 minutes, 3 Heats Per Event

3. Event 2, Event 3 : 11am, 12am


Starts immediately after In House. Food by 1pm. Drinks and Games immediately after In House. Some booze provided but BYO favorite B. All food provided.

Strength : 10 minutes to find a 2 rep max Front Squat
rest 2 full minutes then EMOM Deadlift, 6 minutes, 3 reps per minute, heaviest able
