We are hosting our first “Flashmob” Seminar tomorrow @ 11 in Charlestown. Come with questions on gymnastic skills specifically pull-ups, CTB pull-ups, and Handstand push-ups/Walking. All of these things will be coming in the Open so time to learn/perfect them!!


Strength : 10 Rounds, 30s on 30s off, AMRAP
Strict Clean and Press
– Barbell, Dumbbells, KB, Logs, Axle, something doable for 4-6 reps, have fun with it

Then 5m EMOM
4 Squat Clean Thruster

WOD: 5 Rounds
10 Front Rack Lunges 95/65
10 Squat Clean
10 Burpees
10 Goblet Squats 53/35
15 KB Swings full OH
