EMOM 10m find max weight

WOD: For Time, 17 Minute Cap
400m Run with MB (any carry)
80 Russian Twists w MB
50 Lunges with MB
200m KB Carry 53/35 (any carry)
50 Eye High Swings
400m Plate Carry 45/25 (any carry)
50 Burpees to Plate

Scale weight of objects as needed as well as distance to keep continually moving!
