L-Sit Hang/Support
Straight Leg Raise
Hollow Rock
Flutter Kick from Hollow Position
– Rest

Conditioning : 20m AMRAP
8 Weighted Situps
10 KB Thruster (5 each arm)
12 Cal Row
Run 400m

 

No 10am CrossFit Class.

Open WOD 18.1 is in it’s place.
Anyone doing the Open can come in and choose their heat time starting @ 9:30am

HEAT 1 STARTS @ 10:00am SHARP. Heats will run every 25:00 or so.
(This better be the longest WOD of the season)
