Sean’s fitness journey began after graduating from UMass Dartmouth in 2013 with a bachelor’s degree in marketing. He has been coaching in some way ever since. With a keen ability to connect and bring out the best in others, he dove headfirst into the world of CrossFit and coaching in it.  Quickly becoming an enthusiast by studying videos, reading articles, and practicing functional movements, he learned quickly that he had a true passion for the sport that he wanted to instill in others.

Outside of the gym Sean is a competitive Magic The Gathering Player and of course, a Celtics Superfan.
