The only way to Rx+ today (Thursday) workout is to come in FULL COSTUME. It’s Halloween, let’s have some fun at the gym!

(I was going to wear a full size Shiba costume, but apparently “full size” in adult “all size fits all” isn’t for someone of my stature).

LIFTING WORKSHOP COMING : NOVEMBER 17th
– Sean is hosting another workshop on November 17th. He focused on Snatching a month ago with a number of people getting lifetime PRs. This workshop will focus on the Clean and Jerk. MORE INFO TO COME.
