Tuesday 2.19 : The Open is Coming and YOU Should Register

The 2019 Open is upon us and YOU should register. Here is a link to register and explain more about what goes on from a global/CrossFit HQ standpoint.

The Open from CrossFit Lando’s standpoint will be much of the same. We will do the workouts each week of the 5 as a community on Saturdays, location depending on the workout. I swear if there are multiple dumbbell workouts so help me…

Last year we had almost 52% participation throughout the two affiliates. Let’s see if we can beat that this year. That means at least 100 people signing up this year!!

If you aren’t sure about it, ask someone around the box. The bottom line is we are doing the workouts regardless, so you might as well sign up and make it official. This is the unique chance to do workouts that over 250,000 people around the world will be doing.

We will have two CrossFit Lando teams, Team Lando and Team Stacey, who will be going head to head week by week for CrossFit Lando dominance. All you have to do is register and we will take care of the rest. Don’t worry about affiliate team when you register, we will get those up soon!
