WOD: Death by Power Snatch 95/65
– Done EMOM. Start at 1 rep in first minute, 2 in 2nd minute, and so on. Usually you go until you cannot finish the work prescribed. We are capping it at 12 minutes. If you do not finish the 8th minute, then perform 8 burpees EMOM until the 12 minute cap.
