Wednesday is a New Day

 

 

Wednesday brings new classes and some new class times. We are bringing a new look to BootCamp called CrossFit SWEAT, or just SWEAT class, and bringing back more frequent weightlifting classes called CrossFit STRONG, or just STRONG. All classes, CrossFit, SWEAT, and STRONG, will follow the same programming parallels so you can mix and match each class without worry of messing up your training or missing out. More will come tomorrow about specifics on each class. Exciting times!
