Welcome New Coach Sean Haverty!

Please welcome Sean Haverty to Team Lando. Sean has years of experience coaching CrossFit and group classes in general all around the Boston area. He loves fitness and sport and fell in love with CrossFit both the professional athlete part and those seeking a way to live a healthier day to day life. We instantly were drawn to Sean for his professional demeanor and how he immediately fit in and got along with us through the interview process. I think this and his innate ability to connect with and bring out the best in others will quickly allow all of you to applaud his new presence on the staff.
