I might get a little emotional here.

Every single person in this community, our membership, is near and dear to me. I know I speak for Stacey too. But something I hate is I don’t get to see all of you nearly enough because of the shifts we coach. Im going to change that moving forward.

I want to say thank you from the deepest parts of my heart, soul, and being for being part of this membership, part of our business. Without you literally we couldn’t exist. So many small businesses lost everything during this pandemic and we are thriving. I mean it’s ridiculous. You all are ridiculous in an awesome, amazing way.

Thank you. Truly and honestly, thank you. Im not crying you’re crying.

So now I ask you, what is your why? It’s kinda the CrossFit cliche that we all do this awful, painful thing because we are sadistic and insane, but there has to be a reason why we each keep coming back. What is yours? You don’t have to tell me or anyone but I want you to think about it, especially if your workouts have been a bit lackluster recently.
