Friday 8.7: Get Personal

If you think you are just one thing or another away from making improvements you so desperately want you might want to think about an added session or two with your coaches. Sometimes a 30 minute skill session with Stacey, or a lifting session with Lando, is all it takes to get through a plateau. Or maybe it’s a group of sessions to get the learning curve on advanced movements and long term improvements with your lifts. Whatever it may be if you think this is something you are interested in, give us a shout! We are here to help even beyond what we can do in class.
