8m EMOM: 10 Sumo DL High Pull/5 DB Snatch each arm, 5-8 Burpees
WOD (no equipment): EMOM
8m EMOM: 12 Hollow Rocks, 5-8 Burpees
8m EMOM: 12 Jumping Squats, 5-8 Burpees
8m EMOM: 12 Supermans, 5-8 Burpees
