Thursday 6.25 : Lando on Barstool Sports

I had the pleasure of being interviewed about the current situation with CrossFit and CrossFit Lando/Monument Fitness Charlestown on the Mind Your Business webshow produced by Barstool Sports. It will post on Sunday and be on their main page from there on out.

I can’t say this was a dream come true but it is surreal to think what just happened. Say what you will about Barstool as a company, the misogyny and whatnot which is all just wrong and untrue, but they are the fastest growing web media company in the world. As in the entire Earth. And the Monument Fitness community was just represented on a show that they put out. I can’t really wrap my head around it. I only wish I could have just talked about everyone in our community and how amazing you all are the entire time but the host kind of lead the convo and we only had 20 minutes. I haven’t kept something I am involved with talking in under 20 minutes in years! YEARS!

Information about when the episode airs will be coming soon. I only hope I represented all the Lando/Monument staff and you members well and with pride. Considering I was mid workout and given 20 minutes to prepare for it and was in the closed office sweating like you can imagine I was, this might be questionable.
