I know I have been posting a lot of music recently and I promise I’ll get back to educating you all on fitness and whatnot soon, but I have another I have to share.

Sometimes there are those videos that aren’t really videos, they’re Oscar worthy short films. This is one of them. Not only is “Destruction” by Joywave one of my favorite songs of the past 10 years, but this video is absolute gold. I know it says 8 min but its really only 4-5 that you have to take in from the start. It’s just genius.
