If you are one of probably everyone stuck at home working, living, etc., you probably are looking for anything to spice up your routine. Here is a video that you can follow along with in real time for a full body wake up and stretch. It covers the shoulders, thoracic spine, hips, hamstrings, quads, literally everything!
You can put this bad boy on when you wake up, or taking a break from sitting doing work for hours, even as a pre workout routine or pre bedtime routine. Whatever you need. We do the explaining, even the counting for you!
