Wednesday 3.25 : Virtual Classes Start at 12pm. 7am, 12pm, 6pm Daily After Tomorrow

Tomorrow at 12pm we will be live with our first Virtual Class from Zoom. Get yourself prepared by registering with Zoom (it’s free). More detailed instructions will be sent out closer to tomorrow. We are trouble shooting and testing tonight and tomorrow morning. We might be shut down but we won’t stop working for you!

Virtual Classes will be 7am, 12pm, 6pm each day M-F, with Saturday classes as well. How this all goes will be yet to be seen.

  • A note about posted workouts. There will be a strength posted for those of you with barbells at home. The WODs will be what will be done on the Virtual Classes, but there will be options both for equipment and no equipment.
